The staff were excellent and efficient hole time of my stay. Location: the hotel was just next door to a modern retail/sports complex and the centre of Freiburg and the main shopping strip. I visited Der freiburger, plus it was located nearby.

This place is a clean hotel located in a historic-style building in a new area.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with a wide selection. the rooms are newly renovated, nicely furnished, and have windows that can be opened for fresh air. - the hotel has a lovely view of the Muenster from some rooms.

The rooms are brand new and beautifully decorated with fairly clean bathrooms. the hotel offers a good choice of outstanding food. the staff are efficient and really care about the guests. It offers an amazing location just off a cute cafe as well as downtown.

The room here was stylish and new, complete with a spacious shower, and overall, the stay was quite enjoyable; the breakfast offerings included a variety of hot dishes and a selection of cheese.

our stay at mercure was amazing! the location was perfect, just a short walk to old town. the staff were friendly and the room was quiet and comfortable. breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. definitely exceeded our expectations!

Tricky entrance to find.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, right in the heart of downtown. It was so close to the city center that we didn't even need a car. The price for parking, however, was quite prohibitive at 17€ per day. Additionally, accessing the hotel parking floor was not easy as it was often filled with cars from Karstadt. Despite these drawbacks, the room had curtains that kept out the light and provided a quiet atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially Uwe, were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.
