We faced serious issues with room cleaning during our stay. On our first day, the room wasn't cleaned at all, and when we reported it, the staff acted dismissively, telling us to fetch our own towels from downstairs.

Enjoyed the fantastic mountain view from the highest floor while sipping coffee. The breakfast spread included delicious smoked salmon, definitely a highlight.

The hotel sits above a parking garage and an outdated mall, which can be a bit misleading from the outside. During my stay, the heater took 2-3 hours to warm up the room after we arrived in December. The breakfast selection remained the same each day for four days, lacking variety, and the beds didn't provide the comfort I was hoping for.

My family and I enjoyed an 8-night stay mainly to explore the Christmas Market and visit the nearby Freiburg Cathedral as well as other attractions. The comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views added to our experience. Although parking was a bit pricey, it was very convenient being right underneath the hotel. We found the breakfast offerings to be satisfying, although it would have been nice to have refrigerators in the rooms to keep our refreshments cool.

I loved the central location The breakfast was a feast with an excellent selection, including fresh fruits and delicious pastries. Plus, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful night despite being in the heart of the city!

The location offers easy access to the city center, perfect for leisurely strolls. A warm reception greeted us, and the staff proved consistently pleasant throughout our visit. While the clean and comfortable room lacked a refrigerator, the breakfast, which included delightful jams, was a highlight of our stay. However, parking costs were on the higher side at nearly 20 euros a night.

Perfect spot in the old town, clean rooms, and extra sofa bed was great for our family.
